SMA is being documented here in the spirit of medical charities that publish their purpose, people and programmes — care first, accounts in the open.
The Sourashtra Medical Association brings together physicians of Sourashtra heritage — practising in India and abroad — to serve families through camps, referrals, continuing education and patient aid.
This first website is the public face of that work: who the doctors are, which specialities they cover, who sits on the board and the board of trustees, and how donations were received and used by year.
Members remain independent practitioners. SMA convenes programmes, maintains a public panel, and routes charitable spend through the trust. Photographs, bios and designations are maintained by authorised administrators — not frozen in a brochure.

Camps and aid are for people who need a physician, not a membership card as a barrier to emergency help.
Specialists on the panel are listed with qualifications so families can choose with clarity.
Financials are a first-class page of this site, not an annual PDF buried in a footer.
